This is the original style Mesa Engineering 6L6GC STR-420. These are from before the sticker system. Color codes were painted on the bases. Known for its sweet, warm tone. No longer sold new by Mesa Dealers. Restore the sound of your older Mesa Boogie with these original NOS tubes. Valve number equivalents include 6L6GC, 6L6GCR, 6L6G, 6L6GA, 6L6GB. These tubes are compatible with 5881 and any 6L6.
Tested using the state of the art Roetest professional tube testing system.
