So this was my original comment “Ordered 2 RCA tubes. 1 was bad right out of the box. I am new to tubes so for an old $6 tube I’m not that upset. I am assuming this is part of the deal and I probably should order a spare unless it’s something crazy like a matched pair or quad of expensive 300b or KT-120.”
Almost immediately I was emailed by Craig and offered a replacement and an impressive effort to make things right. So that’s the context around the comment and a change to a 5 rating.
